Non-Member Cancellation Policy *Cancellations/ Rescheduling require a 24 hour advance notice. *A cancellation fee of 50% of service will be applied to appointments not canceled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to appointment time non- members. Deposit will be required for future scheduling. *NO REFUNDS *Appointments will be rescheduled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. *Appointments made same day must be canceled or modified within 1 hour of booking the appointment to avoid cancellation/ rescheduling fee.
